Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Yvonne attended Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, VA. As a result of a corporate relocation in 1994, she moved to the Cobb County area, where she still resides with her husband Jason and her son Jackson.
Licensed since 2000, Yvonne has many years of proven experience listing, marketing and selling residential properties in the Atlanta market. She is no stranger to the team concept, having worked as the exclusive listing partner for another of the area’s top teams for many years before joining our group.
As a full-time real estate professional, Yvonne is focused on getting to know her client’s needs and taking care of them from beginning to end. Tricia has been working with The Schrews Family for many years now and has served in a number of different capacities. Prior to working with Terri, she worked for her husband’s mortgage company for several years where she filled the role of office manager and Licensed Mortgage Compliance Officer. She joined Terri’s team in 2008, and quickly acclimated to her role as Client Support Manager.
Tricia takes great care in providing excellent service to our clients, and shares in The Terri & Company belief that business is all about building and maintaining relationships.
Raised in Leeds, Alabama, Tricia fully embraces the southern ideals of family and treating people in the way that they would like to be treated. She proudly served our Country for more than 15 years in the United States Navy, and has extensive experience in a multitude of areas. She is flexible and resourceful, while possessing a high level of problem solving skills.

Dallas was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama and was raised in the great State of Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he had the great privilege of playing football for the Sooners under one of the greatest coaches of all time. He later joined the United States Navy where he proudly served for more than 10 years.
After retiring from the Navy, he settled in West Georgia with his wife Tricia and their three children. Shortly thereafter, he entered the mortgage business. Fluent in Spanish, he quickly built a niche market serving the needs of the Hispanic community.
As a graduate of Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance, Dallas brings his extensive knowledge of mortgage products to our team. This specialized knowledge along with his commitment to making the home buying process hassle free for our clients makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
